Manage Existing Share Links

Shared URLs are masked on the screen. Use Copy Link to copy the complete URL. Existing passwords cannot be retrieved. The verified share owner or an authorized security administrator can reset the password for an active share link and copy the new password once. When an administrator resets another sender's link, the sender is not notified automatically. Each link remains protected by its password, expiration date and revocation status. Bulk Revoke applies only to active links on the current page and does not delete SharePoint records or audit history.
