External recipients access shared content through password-protected links. However, these links do not verify recipients' personal identities. The share owner is the employee who created the link, not the recipient. For recipient activities, the recorded IP address, browser, and network information reflect the external network used to access the link. For SHARE_CREATED, SHARE_REVOKED, and SHARE_RESTORED events, this information refers to the authenticated sender or administrator who performed the action, not the recipient. Privacy Reminder: Treat raw IP addresses and location information as sensitive personal data.
